Line 1-quart bowl with ladyfinger halves, split sides up;
set aside. In large mixing bowl combine pudding mix, milk, cream and
liqueur. Beat 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Pour into
ladyfinger-lined bowl. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Garnish with Sweetened Whipped Cream and orange zest just
before serving.

Sweetened Whipped Cream:
In small mixing bowl, whip ½ cup heavy or whipping cream, 1 tablespoon
unsifted confectioners' sugar and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff
peaks form.
