Tropical Sherbet Sundae

½ cup heavy or whipping cream

2 packages (3 oz. each) Ladyfingers

1 quart Orange Sherbet

1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained

1 can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple in juice, drained

In small mixing bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form.  Line 8 dessert dishes with ladyfinger halves, split sides in.  Fill each with a scoop of sherbet. Top with orange segments, pineapple, and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
