Strawberry Shortcake Chalet |

4 cups strawberry
halves
1/4 cup sugar
1 container (8
ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (3
ounces) ladyfingers
4 whole strawberries for garnish |

Place 3 cups of
the strawberry halves in large bowl; set aside. Place remaining 1 cup
strawberry halves and sugar in blender or food processor. Process until
pureed. Pour over strawberries in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to serve. To serve, place scoop of whipped topping on each of 4 dessert
plates. Top with half of the strawberries. Repeat whipped topping and
strawberry layers. Gently press 6 ladyfinger halves, split sides in,
around layers to create chalet effect. Top with additional whipped topping
and garnish with whole strawberries. Serve immediately.
