| Orange-Coconut Dream |

1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 package (4-serving size) instant
coconut pudding & pie filling mix
1/4 cup milk
Whipped topping for garnish
Orange slices for
garnish

Line bottom and side of 9-inch pie
plate with ladyfinger halves, split sides up; set aside.
In large mixing bowl beat ice cream, pudding mix and milk until
smooth and blended.
Pour into ladyfinger crust. Cover and refrigerate several hours
or overnight.
Garnish with whipped topping and
orange slices just before serving.
