No-Fuss Cherry Cobbler |

2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cup uncooked oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Vegetable cooking spray
Vanilla ice
cream, optional |

Lightly spray 8-inch square pan with
vegetable cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with ladyfinger strips, split
sides up. Cut additional ladyfinger strips in half. Use to line sides of
pan, allowing cut ends to rest on ladyfingers in bottom of pan. Spoon 1/2
of cherry pie filling into ladyfinger-lined pan and spread evenly. Cover
cherries with additional ladyfinger strips, split sides down. Spoon
remaining cherry filling onto ladyfingers and spread evenly.
In small bowl, combine brown sugar,
flour, oats and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle
evenly over cherry pie filling. Bake at 350°
for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if
desired.
