Mandarin Cheese Tart |

1 package (3
ounces) ladyfingers
3 packages (3
ounces each) cream cheese
3 tablespoons
sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon
juice
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained |

Line bottom and side of 8-inch quiche pan with ladyfinger
halves, split sides up; set aside. In small mixing bowl beat cream
cheese until smooth and fluffy. Blend in sugar, milk, vanilla and lemon
juice. Spoon and spread into ladyfinger-lined pan. Arrange mandarin
orange segments over filling in decorative pattern.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
