Lite Chocolate Mousse Dessert
1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers

1-1/2 cups skim milk (low-fat milk may be used)

1 package (4-serving size) instant sugar-free chocolate pudding and pie filling mix

1 cup frozen lite whipped topping, thawed

Additional lite whipped topping for garnish

Sliced fresh fruit for garnish

In medium bowl combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Place 3 ladyfinger halves (1/2 strip) on 4 dessert plates. Spoon chocolate mousse onto ladyfingers, reserving approximately 4 tablespoons mousse for topping. Cover with 2 more ladyfinger halves and remainder of chocolate mousse. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fresh fruit just before serving.
