| Easy Chocolate Eclairs |

1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream, softened
1 package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding &
pie filling mix
2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers
1/3 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
Finely chopped nuts for garnish |

In large mixing bowl beat ice cream and pudding mix 1 to
2 minutes or until blended well. Cut ladyfingers into separate pieces.
Spread about 1 tablespoon onto split side of each ladyfinger half. Top
with remaining ladyfinger halves, split sides down. Place on rack over wax
paper. Drizzle warm fudge sauce over ladyfingers, allowing wax paper
beneath to catch drips. Garnish with nuts.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to
serve.
