Cool Lime Soufflé |

2 packages (4-serving size each) lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups marshmallow crème
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers
Frozen lite whipped topping, thawed, for garnish
Sliced fresh fruit for garnish |

In large mixing bowl combine gelatin and boiling water.
Blend on low speed 1 minute; blend on medium speed additional minute.
Add marshmallow crème, blending well. Mix in yogurt. Refrigerate until
almost set, 2 to 2-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, line bottom and side of 9 x 3-inch springform
pan with wax paper. Line bottom and side with ladyfinger halves, split
sides up. Stir chilled gelatin mixture with wire whisk or fork until
smooth. Spoon into ladyfinger-lined pan. Cover and refrigerate several
hours or overnight.
Remove side of pan. Garnish with whipped topping and
fresh fruit just before serving.
