Berry Easy Mini Chip Trifle
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)

1 1/2 cups cold water

1 package (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix

2 cups heavy or whipping cream

2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers

4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

3/4 cup chocolate mini chips

In large mixing bowl combine condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix. Beat well. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes. In small mixing bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into chilled pudding mixture. Arrange 1 package of the ladyfingers in bottom of 2 1/2  to 3 quart bowl. Top with half of the pudding mixture, 2 cups of the strawberries and half of the chocolate mini chips. 

Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, pudding mixture, strawberries and mini chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

10 to 12 servings
